Chemo update
Breast Cancer September 21st, 2006Okay I finally found out my treatment plan. Beginning next Wednesday, Sept. 27th, I will begin chemo and will have it every other week for 12 weeks (6 rounds), and on every other Thursday I will have a white count booster shot (thank goodness not a shot every day). After 12 weeks, I will then have chemo every week for 12 weeks.
This is the plan as long as I can tolerate it all and my blood counts stay stable. It sounds okay, doesn’t it?? I had to have lab work done today but I just had them draw it from my arm, my port area is still sore and very bruised. My port will be used next Wednesday for my first treatment.
Thanks for your support.
Love, Lori

Lori:
I know that you have been through a lot lately, but we are all with you! We loved the picture of Jaylynn, she has grown up so fast. I know that we are far away, but if you need anything you know that we will be there for you. Nicoli, JR, and myself have got everyone at our office’s praying for you. Here’s a hug from us to you!

Lori,
I am glad to hear that you have gotten the chemo treatments scheduled and I think that the time will pass quickly and it will be over before you realize it.
It has been nice to see you on your visits to the office and we are all excited about you coming back to work with us soon!!!!
I have been watching the New Gazette for the volleyball scores so I know that Jaylyn’s team has been kicking butt lately and I’ll bet that you and the family are excited about that.
Take care and I look forward to seeing you soon.
