In a few days, another treatment
Breast Cancer November 5th, 2006Here it is a few days later and I am feeling better. I went to work on Wednesday feeling not great but okay. I was feeling the best on Thursday. This treatment was the hardest so far and I can’t believe that in 3 days I have to start the whole thing over again.
The holidays will soon be here and I have no idea what or how I will get shopping done. I only have 1 good week every other week and I spend the work days working and at night recuperating. I know my family will help me and I am thankful for that. It is hard to believe that I will have 4 more chemo treatments before Christmas even gets here.
For now I am going to enjoy the next few days and hope the next treatment will be side effect free (ha ha) or at least better than the other treatments.

Hi Lori, Glad to get your update. Soon to be 4 down. I’ll be out of the office and offline for a week but please know that you will be in my daily prayers. Have Jeremy call me if you need extra prayers before I get back. I’ll check on you the 15th. Hugs/blessings – linda

shopping?? two words: Online shopping. I’ve done quite a bit because i dont feel like dragging a toddler with me shopping….uh, not fun! I just find the website of the store i want and bam, there ya go

I got this web address from Sue and I just want you to know that I think the site is wonderful. I am battling breast cancer too. I can relate to how you feel but just stay strong, keep positive thoughts and keep your family close. I believe we learn a lot of life’s lessons in the crisis times in our lives and we will be stronger individuals for conquering the disease. Stay strong….Paula
